betpkr's mandatory age verification procedures are specifically designed to prevent under-age individuals from accessing the Platform. Withdrawal of marketing consent will take effect within a maximum of 5 business days. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to receive transactional communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts — which are sent in connection with your betpkr account regardless of marketing preferences.
betpkr reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions of this Policy will be published on the betpkr Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
